Cascade Crate Warranty Statement

Cascade Hub proudly guarantees that all WWT (Wind and Water Tight), CW (Cargo Worthy), and One Trip containers are free from functional defects and leaks for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Cascade Crate 1-Year Warranty Coverage

Under this warranty, Cascade reserves the right to repair or replace defective parts or products at our discretion. Defects are specifically defined as issues that impair the functionality of cargo doors, cargo door seals, or holes that compromise the container's wind and water tightness.

For cargo doors to function correctly, the container must be placed on a level surface. The responsibility for container leveling lies solely with the customer.

Our warranty does not cover issues related to the normal wear and tear of used containers, which may include tighter doors resulting from prior usage. Customers who prioritize ease of door operation are encouraged to consider our One Trip containers, which generally offer smoother door operation due to minimal prior use.

Cascade Hub assumes no liability for losses that may result from a defective container.

Warranty Exclusions

• Cosmetic defects, including chipped paint and rust that does not affect structural integrity.
• Damage to the container or goods incurred during handling, loading, unloading, transportation, or weather conditions.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Custom interior and exterior paintwork.
• For custom paint options, we recommend purchasing a One Trip container for best results.

Sales and Refund Policy

All container sales are considered final. We encourage customers to discuss any specific requirements with our sales team before purchase to ensure the product delivered matches expectations.

No refunds are offered for modifications or costs incurred due to transportation or handling.

All deposits are non-refundable.
